EASTERN Signs New Exercise Science and Rehabilitation Articulation Agreement with DeSales University

In June 2025, Eastern Center for Arts and Technology (EASTERN) and DeSales University finalized a college credit articulation agreement designed to benefit students in EASTERN’s Exercise Science and Rehabilitation program who meet all requirements and plan to enroll in DeSales University’s Sport & Exercise Physiology program.

Through this new agreement, eligible students can earn up to six advanced credits for coursework in Exploring Exercise Physiology, Terminology in Healthcare, and Injury Prevention and Care, helping them save both time and money as they pursue their degree at DeSales University.

Eligible students must meet several requirements, including maintaining a minimum grade of B in their EASTERN coursework, earning a Proficient or Advanced score on the NOCTI exam, and providing a letter of recommendation, among other criteria. The articulation in its entirety is located on EASTERN’s website at https://www.eastech.org/parents-students/current-students.

“DeSales offers an excellent program for students pursuing a career in Sports and Exercise Physiology,” said Ms. Shelley Helm, EASTERN’s Exercise Science and Rehabilitation Instructor. “It’s a great local opportunity for our students to further their education.”
