Student Awards Information:
There are a number of awards that are open to students attending EASTERN. Some of the awards are for a particular program, or open only to juniors or seniors. Many of them are presented at our annual Awards Night, which is held in mid-May in the Upper Moreland High School Auditorium.
Criteria for most awards includes good attendance (less than 5 absences a semester), good grades (85% or higher), be active and involved in EASTERN, have good interpersonal skills and show promise in their field.
Perfect Attendance – Students with perfect attendance recieve a special tool of the trade chosen by their instructor at EASTERN’s Awards Night held in May.
Honor Roll – Students achieve EASTERN honor roll status by attaining a 90 percent or better per marking period.
Eastern Center for Arts and Technology uses SchoolMessenger Notification System to provide timely communication to parents and staff members on matters such as such as attendance, general interest activities and emergencies/school closures.
SchoolMessenger is an automated message delivery system providing near instant distribution of important messages from your child’s school. Please keep in mind that any changes made to your phone numbers and email addresses should also be reported to the appropriate school office to update your child’s emergency contact information.
