“It is great to have local businesses, such as Zoe’s Kitchen, to support and recognize our students,” said Gary Albert, EASTERN’s Culinary Arts Instructor. “Our students work hard catering all school events, and often volunteering their time to evening and weekend events. It is great to have the opportunity to recognize our class leaders in this way.”

EASTERN’s Culinary Arts program enables students to acquire a variety of skills including soup and sauce preparation, preparation of meat, fish and poultry entrees, baking, kitchen sanitation, purchasing and inventory controls.
