I hope this message finds everyone safe and healthy. I have received some emails from parents regarding EASTERN’s ability to help fight this pandemic. I’m proud to say that last week we made a very generous donation to the county COVID-19 Response Center which included 140 N95 masks from our Autocollision program, sterile and exam gloves from our Veterinary Science, Allied Health, and adult Practical Nursing programs, surgical masks from our adult Practical Nursing program, and safety glasses and goggles from the inventory we keep for all of our programs. I realize that being closed means that students couldn’t get involved in this donation, but I want you to know that your programs made donations on behalf of all of us at EASTERN. These donations were posted on our school Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.
Remember, today we start our Continuity of Education Plan. It’s important for students to fully participate so you can continue learning and gaining new knowledge during these challenging times. Please see our Continuity of Education Plan at for more information. The plan includes contact information for Teachers, our Student Success Coordinators, and our Administrative Team. Please ask for support when you need it!
