The ServSafe program is the industry standard for implementing and maintaining food safety systems. It was developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. Upon successful completion of the course consisting of 8 hours in class, 8 hours of home study and passing the certification exam, you will receive the ServSafe certificate.
