Karen McGeehan was selected as the Veterinary Science Instructor at Eastern Center for Arts and Technology (EASTERN) in July 2017.

Ms. McGeehan is a Certified Veterinary Technician in Pennsylvania and Red Cross CPR certified. She received her Associates in Vet Tech at Manor College, her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Temple University, and her MBA from St. Joseph’s University.

Since 2003, she has held veterinary nursing positions at the Veterinary Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania from Nurse to Nursing Recruiter, and most recently, Nursing Supervisor. During her time at University of Pennsylvania, she also taught 4th year Veterinary students and Harcum students all aspects of Veterinary Nursing.
