Michael Refsnider was selected as EASTERN’s Networking and Cybersecurity Instructor in 2019.

Mr. Refsnider comes from Wegmans Food Markets where he worked as IT Zone Technician since 2004. He brings with him a great deal of experience in many technical areas including networking, PC hardware/software, wireless infrastructure, and virtualized servers.  He is graduate of Penn State University and a Cisco Certified Network Technician.
