Advanced Placement and Transfer of Credit Policy Into EASTERN

Post Graduation LPN TO RN Options:

Montgomery County Community College Articulation Agreement

Rationale

Both Montgomery County Community College (College) and EASTERN Center for Arts and Technology (ECAT) value the opportunity to support students in their educational endeavors. Since there are commonalities in the content taught in the nursing courses of the Practical Nursing Program at ECAT and content taught in the beginning nursing courses of the A.A.A. degree Nursing Program of the College, one means of accomplishing this goal is through an articulation agreement that recognizes previously learned nursing content. It is, therefore, the intent of the College and ECAT to establish a mutual Articulation Agreement between its two nursing program that permits students opportunities for advanced placement.

Terms of Articulation
