Eastern Center for Arts and Technology (EASTERN) Computer Network Administration (CNA) 2000 alumnus, and former Technology Management Systems Intern, Aaron Kuhn, is a QA Engineer for Fiberlink Communications headquartered in Blue Bell. In this position, Kuhn has used his knowledge and skills learned at EASTERN to administer network systems for Fiberlink's software testing and development groups, including management of security management systems as well as testing of mobile device management software for smartphones. 
Kuhn was extremely successful during his time at EASTERN, giving him the head start he needed to be successful in achieving the career he wanted. Kuhn was EASTERN’s April 2000 Student of the Month and achieved perfect attendance at EASTERN. He became the first junior in the history of EASTERN to receive his CNA certification. While still in high school, he passed additional an Novell certification exam, two A+ certification exams and became an MCP when he passed his Microsoft Windows NT Workstation and Server exams. After graduation, he attended Montgomery County Community Colleges (MCCC) Computer Systems (PC/LAN Option) Program and transferred in 16 MCCC credits for his work completed in his CNA program at EASTERN.

Computer Network Administration prepares students to take four industry certification exams: Certified Novell Administrator (CNA), Microsoft’s Certified Professional (MCP), Linux Certification (Linux+) and Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT). Students follow industry standards and use equipment used by professionals. Dual enrollment with MCCC provides EASTERN Computer Network Administration students up to 12 transferrable credits while still in high school.
