The ServSafe program is the industry standard for implementing and maintaining a food safety system. It was developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. Upon successful completion, you will receive the ServSafe certificate, accepted by Bucks & Montgomery counties.

You must renew your ServSafe Certification every three years. Learn the latest in safe food handling techniques. Bucks and Montgomery Counties require students to do ServSafe Recertification before expiration and must be done by the last day of the month of expiration. If not, student must retake full certification course.

Learn new skills or improve the old in Culinary Arts. Topics covered are Fall: baking essentials, decorating and hors d'oeuvres and in the Spring: basic stocks & sauces, knives & knife cuts, and basic cooking techniques. You'll receive hands-on training as well as demonstrations performed by our chef.
